Finding the right pole class can be confusing! Use this cheat sheet to find the right class for you. As you can tell classes are divided in to two categories: pole fitness and sensual movement. You are encouraged to enroll in both! Our program is designed to help you learn gradually, sustainably and safely! Depending on your level of experience and amount of weekly practice you will graduate a level within 4-8 weeks. When in doubt give us a call!
Pole Fitness classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility and endurance. You will learn new moves,get strong, determined and courageous.Sporty pole is fun and challenging!
Completely new to Pole? We got you covered! Sign up for our Intro to Pole Fitness class. In this class we break down all of the important grips, conditioning and moves you will need to start your pole fitness journey. No need to "go to the gym first to get strong". This is where you start!
Welcome beginners. This class focuses on pole fitness basics, fun beginner combinations and important building block moves. Be prepared to have fun, be challenged and feel sore the next day. Students will be working on level one moves such as climbs, tucks, pole sits as well as conditioning!
This class is designed for Level 1 graduates who are working on building strength for inverts! You will learn how to go upside down, hold positions like leg hangs, choppers, butterflies, etc. Instructor approval required.
Welcome to power pole,where things start getting serious. We will be working on three point of contact moves such as butterfly, brass monkey, shouldermount and continuing to develop strength for moves like ayesha and handspring! Prepare to get strong and confident! Instructor approval required.
Welcome to Advanced Pole! This class focuses on unlocking aerial transitions, 3-2 point of contact moves as well as inverted spin combinations. This class requires graduation from Power Pole or instructor clearance. Students will be working on achieving and transitioning in and out of moves like ayesha, handspring, shouldermount, iguana, split variation etc.
Sensual movement classes are designed to help you build confidence and flow while learning how to pole dance. Our teaching technique uses a combination of choreography and freestyle prompts to not only help our students advance technically, but also improve quality of movement, and ultimately improve their relationship with themselves.
Complete intro class for students with no movement experience. You will learn basic sensual moves on the pole and on the floor as well as walking in heels. This class will introduce you to body rolls, hip and chest undulations, leg waived, floor-work and shorter choreography. Pole heels are not required to start.
Soft intro to Sensual Movement In class you will learn a short , sensual choreography. Other than learning how to move and execute pole work, students will begin learning about fluidity, flow and finding confidence in sensual movement. Heels are optional.
Dim the lights and put on the shoes, we are going to dance. This class is for students who are ready to experience dancing in heels. Students will continue learning choreography as well as heel and floor technique. Transitions are faster and more advanced. Exotic Dance focuses on freestyle approach (students learn a choreography that's not attached to particular music, and learn how to dance to different songs with variety of freestyle prompts). The purpose of this class is to help students
Style development, quality of movement refinement, advanced pole transitions and freestyle prompts. Freestyle Fundamentals is a class for experienced students who are looking to further their own style evolution, while continuing to work on technical transitions. Instructor approval required.

Learn boxing technique,work on endurance and speed, then finish it with an intense kettle-bell HIIT. You will be sore and happy after our boxing class! Bring shoes and wear something sporty (we have gloves and mitts at the studio).
