Body By Pole is a body transformation and conditioning series. Each class focuses on targeting specific body parts and uses a combination of pole, calisthenics, weights and resistant band training. The goal of the series is to provide cross training for pole athletes and an effective way to work out for non-pole students. Show up, have fun and sweat it out!
Welcome to Big Booty Lane! Join us for a twerk warm up followed by bands and kettlebells. This class targets lower body with focus on building healthy glutes. Expect to have fun and feel the burn! Come in hydrated, wear something sporty, sneakers are a must for this class.

You guessed it! Lets build a delicious upper body you can be proud of. In this class we focus on back, shoulders and arms. We will use a combination of pole, kettlebells and body weight exercises.
